Star Wars has released a new look at the cast of Skeleton Crew, Jude Law’s brand-new Jedi character, and a stunning new ship…but all before an actual trailer. Thanks to a brand-new LEGO set inspired by the upcoming Star Wars show, the series’ main cast of child stars and Jude Law’s new Star Wars character have been revealed. Also, the set itself is presumably modeled after the upcoming show’s primary starship.
Available on August 1st, LEGO’s newest Star Wars set is The Onyx Cinder (75374), inspired by Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. Appearing to be a large cargo freighter with rotating engines, turrets, and grappling hook features, this new 1,325-piece model looks to be like a very fun build as the newest starship in the Star Wars canon. The set also comes with five exclusive minifigures, depicting Jude Law’s Jedi and the main cast of kids who are set to star in the upcoming show. Not only does this new set feature one of the best looks yet at Skeleton Crew’s cast of characters outside exclusive footage released at Star Wars Celebration 2023 and a handful of images, it’s also the best look yet at their ship which hasn’t even been shown in its entirety thanks to the absence of an official trailer.

Star Wars’ New LEGO Set Reveals Character Names And New Ship Details
The Onyx Cinder
According to this new LEGO set and recent announcements, Jude Law’s Jedi character will be named “Jod Na Nawood”. Despite his scruffier appearance, footage from Star Wars Celebration saw Jod using the Force, prompting the cast of kids to ask if he was a Jedi. As such, there’s a strong implication that Jude Law’s character will at the very least be a Force-sensitive character in this upcoming New Republic Era series.
The names of these kids have also been revealed. Named “Wim”, “Fern”, “KB” and “Neel”, it’s been confirmed from earlier plot teases that these four young adventurers will find themselves lost in the far reaches of the Star Wars galaxy, only to be found by Jude Law’s Jod who will presumably help them get back home. It’s also not a stretch to assume that the majority of their adventures will take place aboard TheOnyx Cinder (which likely belongs to Jod), and it should be very exciting to see both the cast and this brand-new ship in action whenever Skeleton Crew’s first official trailer drops.
Skeleton Crew is set to begin streaming December 3rd on Disney+.
