Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Agatha All Along episode 6Agatha All Along episode 6 features several exciting Easter eggs and MCU references, including connections to the events of WandaVision. Finally revealing the mysterious past of Joe Locke’s Teen, this new episode is all about looking back before the Witches’ Road and what happened to Teen before he found Agatha (Kathryn Hahn). To that end, this new episode features some pretty cool Easter eggs as Teen’s true identity and origins are confirmed in full.
With Teen having revealed his true power at the end of Agatha All Along episode 5, this new episode begins three years before the events of Agatha All Along. Connecting to the end of WandaVision and the end of Wanda’s Hex, Teen is revealed to be both William Kaplan and Billy Maximoff, Wanda’s son. To that end, here are the biggest Easter eggs and reveals in Agatha All Along episode 6.
15 “Tower Reversed”
Another Tarot Card From Lilia
Having been hired for William’s bar mitzvah, Lilia reads the young man’s palm before exclaiming “The Tower Reversed”. This is yet another tarot card she’s referenced throughout the series, and promotional tarot cards released for Agatha All Along do provide further insight. For example, The Tower card does have the blue crown worn by Teen at the end of Agatha All Along episode 5.

Agatha All Along Episode 6 Ending Explained: What Billy Maximoff Wants From The Witches’ Road Revealed
Agatha All Along episode 6 builds on episode 5’s massive cliffhanger, revealing the MCU origins of Billy Maximoff and teasing what is to come.
Likewise, there are similar connections such as the High Priestess being tied to Jennifer Kale in Agatha All Along episode 2, or the Knight of Wands with Alice Wu-Gulliver in episode 5. In the case of the Tower reversed, this can mean that one is about to undergo a period of great personal transformation and/or the aversion of an imminent disaster (which is very fitting).
14 Early Argento
The Master of Horror
William compliments Lilia’s palm reading tent in Agatha All Along episode 5, commenting that it’s very “early Argento”. This is likely a reference to Dario Argento, the legendary director known as the “Master of Horror”, having directed films including Deep Red, Tenebrae, Phenomena, and more.
13 Teen’s Sigil
Cast by Lilia
Agatha All Along episode 5 reveals that Lilia was the witch who cast Teen’s sigil, masking William’s identity from all witches for years, even from herself. This was notably done just before the spirit of Billy Maximoff inhabits the empty vessel of William’s dead body. As such, this explains why Wanda couldn’t find Billy when she was searching for her boys as seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, as the sigil had already been cast before Billy even came to inhabit William’s body.
12 Radio Voices
From WandaVision’s Premiere
As the Hex is shrinking and William is traveling home for his bar mitzvah with his parents at the beginning of Agatha All Along episode 5, they can hear both Vision and Wanda’s voices on the radio. Likewise, the dialogue is specifically from the very first episode of WandaVision and its I Love Lucy/Dick Van Dyke Show homage. This aligns with the broadcasts that were picked up by SWORD agents outside the Hex.
11 Billy and Tommy Maximoff
William Hears Their Voices
Right after William’s heart stops beating after the car crash, Billy and Tommy Maximoff’s voices can be heard telling each other goodnight right before they disappear as Wanda brought down the Hex in WandaVision. However, Billy was able to find William’s body as the closest empty vessel to inhabit, resulting in the split life that was foretold by Lilia at the bar mitzvah.
10 Billy Finds Himself With The Kaplan Family
Same As In The Original Marvel Comics
Waking up in the hospital, Billy in William’s body looks down at his medical bracelet with the last name Kaplan. This confirms that the MCU has adapted a similar origin for Billy Maximoff’s Wiccan, with his lost soul being saved through the body of Billy Kaplan. To that end, William’s Jewish parents are the same as they are in the original Marvel Comics, named Jeff and Rebecca.
9 William’s Bedroom Posters
The Wizard of Oz, Goonies, And More
Entering William’s room, Billy attempts to get his bearings. To that end, various posters can be seen for classic movies, including Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz, The Black Cauldron, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, as well as The Goonies (though for some reason it’s been renamed The Goofballs). Either way, it’s clear that William had an interest in magic and adventure, especially combined with the fact that his bar mitzvah was magic-themed as well.
8 Avengers Training Exercise
Wanda’s Hex Was Covered Up
Showing his boyfriend his research about the Hex, Billy shows Eddie everything he’s learned about the Hex. In response, Eddie confirms that the Hex and the events of Westview were largely covered up with reports that it was simply an Avengers training exercise gone wrong.
7 Ralph Bohner Returns
William’s Westview Contact
Meeting with his contact from Reddit in a parking garage, it’s revealed that the contact is none other than Evan Peters’ Ralph Bohner. Ralph Bohner was the resident of Westview in WandaVision who’d been forcibly turned into Agatha’s husband, as well as into a fake version of Wanda’s brother Pietro aka Quicksilver (a play on Peters’ role as Fox’s Quicksilver in the X-Men films).
6 Ralph’s Reddit Username
Not Unlike Noobmaster
Wanting to confirm his identity, Billy asks if Ralph is u/bohnerrific69 from Reddit. This is quite similar to the Playstation username noobmaster69 who was terrorizing Korg on Fortnite in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame. While a long shot, one could create some pretty funny head-canon that Ralph is the man behind both usernames, though “69” is of course quite a common number due to the well-known innuendo.
5 Ralph Killed Sparky
A Horrible Reveal About WandaVision
Tragically, Ralph confirms new details behind Agatha’s murder of the Maximoff boys’ dog named Sparky. While it was never confirmed how Agatha killed the dog, Ralph reveals that she forced him to poison Sparky during the events of WandaVision. As such, this undeniably makes Agatha even worse, having forced someone against their will to kill such an adorable animal.
4 Lorna Wu’s Ballad
The Original Song Revealed
While doing his research on the Hex and Agatha Harkness, Lorna Wu’s version of the Witches Road Ballad can be heard playing in the background. While Lorna’s daughter Alice and the rest of the coven performed the song as seen in Agatha All Along episode 4 and the track was heard being played in reverse, this is the first time the actual rock ballad can be heard well in the MCU series.
3 Agatha’s Exploits Throughout History
It Truly Was Agatha All Along
While researching Agatha Harkness online, Billy comes across several major reveals about her exploits in the past, such as the fact that she was the only survivor of The Hindenburg, and was also present aboard The Titanic. Billy also finds reports claiming that Agatha was most likely “The Real Jolene” who flirted with Dolly Parton’s husband. Much of Billy’s findings were also found on “brujapedia” with bruja being Spanish for witch.
2 Eddie Sends A Black Heart Emoji
A Recurring Theme in Agatha All Along
Before Billy goes to free Agatha from her spell, his boyfriend sends him a text with an emoji of a black heart. This is rather telling, seeing how a black heart was previously connected with both Aubrey Plaza’s Rio who told Agatha that her heart was black, and Debra Jo Rupp’s Mrs. Hart. However, it seems as though the black heart on Lilia’s list of witches in Agatha All Along episode 2 was always Billy. It now makes sense that Lilia only drew a black heart rather than a name, seeing how her sigil was still in effect.
1 Agatha’s Stole Ralph’s Shirt
Bohner Family Reunion
Still under the spell where she thought she was a police detective, viewers get to see what Agatha All Along episode 1’s interrogation was like from Billy’s perspective. This includes the reveal that Agatha was wearing a “Bohner Family Reunion” shirt the entire time.
